On the turn I thought he hits that ace a big part of the time because the board was K45, so he had lots of backdoors, plus the flush came so it's standard to check behind. On the river I'm wondering if I should value bet because I'm thinking he is bad and agressive enough to 'valuebet' some 9 :club: high flush when I checked the turn, even if he never gets called by worse. So I'm beaten by some Ax random 2 pairs, the wheel, random 2x, 3x type of flushes and I beat the Ax plus Kx and what else the fish called.

      Hello BadeaCelRau,

As long the guy has so small amount money left I'd most likely play the same way. If we Bet the turn then we have to assume that we are doing it for value. But meanwhile the guy will have enough of Ax hands even which call for GS or either he also has FD in his range. So not that many weaker hands pay us anyways.

      Best Regards.
