      Hi,

      flop is quite dry and there are not too many draws. Although you don´t really ahve any backdoor draws besides J,Q I think with tight image I would prefer c-betting that board. Weaker hands than 99, tx would often just c/f and if UTG limped with small pp-s he would very often just fold if he does not hit his set.
