      Hi,

I would likely fold on the turn- there are no good river card besides 9x and since UTG also called, then I´m not sure you´re ahead enough times to call his turn bet. And if you´re not sure then best option would be folding and getting yourself positions where you are ahead against loose players

      best regards,

but he bets so small on the turn, and utg could have some draws?

problem is not the turn bet, but that he would very likely bet again on the river and I think you can´t even call 1$-2$ bet, so better is give up on the turn
