Am I committing myself too much here with just top pair? The board felt sort of dry but when the 2nd Ten comes is checking behind the best play?

In my opinion yes. The board is so dry that if he does reraise, your hand turns into just a bluffcatcher, and there's not much that that bet size will get value from.

He could also be bluffing a busted diamond or straight draw, but its hard to call with just top pair. I really like just checking behind here, especially since he's check/called twice.

      Hello Rebiin,

Add to full stack if you playing BSS.

Preflop: Raise to 10 cents cause of one limper as default.
Postflop: Why would you be committing on the river? What do you beat there?

      Best Regards.
