      I suppose the river bet is a little bit high.
      The way he played his hand he probably holds a premium pair 99-KK and want to get to cheap showdown.

      I ll bet about $1 to get called form hands menationed before. With these bet u can also induce a huge bluff raise if he was drawing.

      Bet the flop & turn bigger and Bet the river bigger. If he has a made hand he is willing to Call you anyways. :) Dependent how loose I see him I might even shove the river sometimes.
