      Hi eha111,

      are you playing with the PokerStars.eu client?

      If so, please uninstall it and reinstall it afterwards. Don't forget to save your hand history locally using the english language.

      im unsure if it is pokerstars.eu download, anyway i uninstalled & reinstalled and it is still no different,works fine with poker770

      Hi, The poker client is not pokerstars.eu,anyway i unintalled/reinstalled as you said,but it still dont work. Please advise further.

      Hi,

      please make sure that your hand histories are stored locally. You may have to activate this manually in the settings of the poker client.

      Furthermore, ensure that your hand histories are stored using the english language as this is required.

      hand history is stored - C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\History\. Also in the English language.

      Hi,

      in this case, we need your logfiles to take a closer look at that.

      Right click the SideKick tray icon and export the logfiles. A file will be created on your windows desktop. Please send this file to application-services[at]pokerstrategy[dot]com and include your pokerstrategy.com username in the email subject.
      Please also include a link to this thread in the email body.

      Hi, I have sent the necessary log files by email, but unfortunately i have had no reply,can you please update me on the solution to the problem i am having with sidekick, many thanks

      Hi,

      For me the software does not work with Poker770.es ?? is it caused by Spanish language?

      Hi boczek,

      we do support Poker770.es but please make sure that your hand history is beeing saved on your hard disk.

      With the iPoker software, you need to enable this manually in the clients settings.

      I dont understand your reply,you requested log files which i sent by email.The subject is regarding previous posts ive sent about sidekick not working.???????

      To simplify things, please send an updated logfile export to application-services[at]pokerstrategy[dot]com.

      Export the logfiles the same way like last time, and when sending your email include your PokerStrategy.com username in the 'email subject' and a link to this thread in the 'email body'.

      please play a few cash game hands ( no tournaments since multi table tounaments are not supported by SideKick ) and send us a new logfile export.
