      I'm thinking I shouldn't have folded cos the pot was too big. What do you think?

      You shouldn't be raising 99 from early position, so fold preflop.
      As played I would lower the flopbet to $0.60-$0.65.
      It's just a bit cheaper cause when you get called you're pretty sure you're beat here.
      From that point it's c/f, so the fold on the turn is good.

      Hello Cersei,

      there's no other way to play this hand, I'm afraid. I know it's an ugly spot, but you can easily be against a higher pair, so decent fold on the turn.

      as DeKuip correctly pointed out, you have to fold 99 preflop according to SHC.
      postflop play is fine. your UTG range is very strong, so you can represent a lot of strong hands on this board
      therefore, cbet and give up to any aggression
