Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BTN with J :spade: Q :diamond:
UTG calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.50, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.40

      UTG checks, Hero checks

      Turn: ($1.15) 5 :club: (2 players)
      UTG checks, Hero checks

      River: ($1.15) 9 :spade: (2 players)

The question is about flop – I decided not to cBet because the board looks so dangerous but I actually think now that I could have given it a try with my 2 overcards + a weak FD + possible backdoor straightdraw outs.
