      BB: $3.14 - VPIP: 11, PFR: 4, 3B: 0, AF: 0,0, Hands: 27
      CO: $1.04 - VPIP: 38, PFR: 4, 3B: 0, AF: 0,3, Hands: 24

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BTN with A :club: Q :spade:
CO raises to $0.04, Hero raises to $0.14, 2 folds, CO raises to $0.28, 1 fold

      Final Pot: $0.31
      CO wins $0.31
      (Rake: $-0.00)

I know that the 3bet was a mistake. What if I dont want to go broke with TPTK against this guy. Then I should fold preflop? Or the sample is simply too small, so snapcall?

The sample is small, but he seems to be a limper that only raises with good hands. Maybe TT+, AK, AQ

Mostly of this kind of players does not know houw much to raise, so a mini-raise like this, is a raise, it shows some strenght, increased by his 4bet.

Since you were in postiion you could call his first raise, and evaluate again on the flop.

As played, I would Fold after the His 4Bet.

      Hello Imimba1,

Not much to comment there, most likely he was just trapping there.

      Best Regards.

We should 3bet to thin out the numbers, right?

IF you have a rock against you, and you have AQ, you could try to call that small bet and reevaluate on every street. That way you'll be losing less chips for him.

As long he min-raises I'd still 3bet it for value of course and then reevaluate further actions.
