      Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      €0.01/€0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      MP2 = (€1.54)
      MP3 (Hero) = (€2.38)
      CO = (€2.07)
      BU = (€1.46)
      SB = (€2.40)
      BB = (€2.03)
      MP1 = (€2.11)

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A, K.
      MP1 calls €0.02, MP2 folds, Hero raises to €0.10, 4 folds, MP1 calls €0.08.

      Flop: (€0.23) 9, 8, 9 (2 players)
      MP1 checks, Hero bets €0.16, MP1 calls €0.16.

      Turn: (€0.55) J (2 players)
      MP1 checks, Hero bets €0.20, MP1 calls €0.20.

      River: (€0.95) T (2 players)
      MP1 bets €1.65(All-In), Hero folds, MP1 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: €0.95.

      So yeah...I'm really new to poker and AK's been my most wrongly played hand by far since I've started and I'm wondering what I should've done here. Maybe checking on the turn ? Thanks in advance.

      Cause AK is kinda tricky :P I would check/fold turn, if he called flop then he will call turn too for sure. He can have TT, T9, JT, 88, 99, QT, flushdraws. He won't fold it for sure :) You can also consider check/fold on flop, but cbet is ok, he has there many hands which should fold, like low pocket pairs, some broadways.

      Hello elda420,

      Welcome to the English NL Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future. I hope that with our help you can improve your play and as well move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

      You ain't getting value from a lot worse hands there on the turn and nor you ain't betting for value. Therefore Check it behind there instead of Betting and especially with such a sizing which doesn't make sense at all.

      Best Regards.
