Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is UTG with A :spade: A :diamond:
Hero raises to $0.40, CO calls $0.40, BTN calls $0.40, 2 folds

      Flop: ($1.35) 8 :spade: 5 :spade: 9 :diamond: (3 players)
Hero bets $1.00, CO folds, BTN calls $1

      Turn: ($3.35) 3 :spade: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      River: ($3.35) 4 :spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $2.60, BTN calls $2.60

I dont tend to slowplay hands, but thought id get abit tricky. My check looks super weak here, not sure if shoving the turn, betting small or taking this line was best. Im shoving any river when he checks behind for value, but am i losing value overall by checking the turn as hes probably checking behind most of his draws and just folding the river if he doesnt hit?

I think your final bet on the Turn looks relatively stronger so I do not think you get called that often by worse hands (that is 9x, Overpair without )

But at the same time if you check, he is only betting better on the Turn. That said you should check/fold as soon as you check the Turn. Since I think people can still call you down relatively light on lower limits I prefer shoving the Turn.

The Riverplay is ofcourse easy: valuebet :)

      Best regards,
