      I thought he did raise CB often but I doubt he do it against tight UTG.

      Since he does not raise he does not have the nuts or a monsterdraw. But what does he have then? I let you think for a bit and then click on the spoiler

      Most likely 2 pairs, bottom set, bottomstraight and maybe 98,97

      Now you are way behind against that even if you include 99/TT in the equity calculation.

      This is because 2 pairs just got a fullhouse, bottomset a boat & bottomstraight are still calling your 2nd barrel

      I would just check/fold the Turn against this tight player, he will fold most trash on the Flop and you should realize that next time
