Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is SB with J  K
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.25, 1 fold

      Flop: ($0.70) 7 :diamond: 2  2 :diamond: (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.40, BTN folds

Don't really know much about the opponent + since he is not fullstacked he might really be loose so not sure if this is an OK move. At least this is the only way I would assume we can really playback in this spot. Of course I am betting on most turn cards (not diamonds) if getting called. Might even just check/fold since you have told me countless times already not to try and overplay loose opponents :)

      Hello Avatars91,

Yep, that's the problem with such a guy here. He is super loose so he is definitely willing to float vs you with Ace high. So might even not be the best board to pick donking line here.

      Best Regards.

So when calling vs such opponents OOP with this hand are we better off just waiting for a decent hit, i.e., a FD or a pair before we start any action? Is it still a profitable approach?

Not really but not such a board where you very likely can't really represent anything. Paired boards are very crappy to fight back whilst you have very little to represent.
