      I think bet/folding is the safest here, but am pretty sure he could have 7, a middle pair or an overpair.. I could call but I don't like it oop..

      Well, calling is out of question here. If we want to continue then we should 3bet it and get it in. Although that maninly depends how we see the guy and accroding to that I would adjust. But meanwhile of course we can't discard from his range 3x hands and if you assume he has been rahter passive then sure, your fold is fine.
