Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with T :club: A
3 folds, BTN calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.50, BTN raises to $0.90, Hero calls $0.40

      Flop: ($1.85) 6 :spade: Q  3 :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.20, Hero folds

I think I could have just folded preflop vs the limp/raise. Even with the odds it is probably not that great an idea since we have to check/fold soo often. And very often he has us dominated anyway. So why bother?

However, if we had AQ (maybe AJs?), would folding still be the best play vs the limp/raise?

      Hello Avatars91,

Vs the limp-raise rather fold it. You can never know how or when you are going to be good. It may often even be a trap as KK/AA or whatsoever against which you don't have that decent odds and not to talk vs better hands which have you dominated + you are OOP.

      Best Regards.

If we had AQ (maybe AJs?), would folding still be the best play vs the limp/raise? Probably still yes since we are OOP, but IP should be a somewhat easy call for the odds.

Also, what to do with AK in these spots? Can we really go broke if it may so often be just a trap?

AJ/AQ I'd try to look for suited on, so at least we could have decent implied odds not only for pairs postflop. And about AK well for 100bb I don't really see myself going broke vs a limp/raise without information, rather just call and reevaluate postflop.
