      Hi,

considering that sets would very rare lead out 2bb in 4-way pot I think it should be automatically raise for value (unless you´re not c-betting your overpairs in 4-way pot). I would personally preferred also raising turn 1$ and then taking my free showdown although just calling down small bets is also fine. That would just out you on situation where you allow them very good odds and hit one of their draws or overcards against your 88, plus give them option bluffing on the river- I really doubt you would called him down if he would bet 2$ on the river.

      best regards,

Veriz do you agree with the raise on the flop? Sounds somewhat reasonable, but I am not too sure since there is still the loose CO behind me left to act. If raising flop is fine then, as played, so should the turn be.

      Hello Avatars91,

Both options are fine. But usually those very small donks you can still treat as weak bets and raise it up and maybe even protect your hand, of corse our plan would be to Raise/Fold it.

      Best Regards.
