      SB: $5.27 - VPIP: 34, PFR: 31, 3B: 9, AF: 3,1, Hands: 189

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with A :diamond: J
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.65) 4 :club: 7  A  (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40

      Turn: ($1.45) 4  (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.80, CO folds

I think I prefer 3Betting vs such opponents preflop as you have suggested before.

As played though: sort of should be fine. Villain is often checking behind on the turn anyway + there is value from 1crd FDs.

I personally don´t use that often c/c flop, lead turn line. I think if your hand is strong enough to lead you can also do that on the flop and that case I would lead all 3 streets- if you don´t see him calling down with worse hands then c/c flop and turn to induce bluffs. Right now you only get called down by better hands (sometimes hand like AT/A9 would call turn) and if he does not see way how he can call your turn bet, he may easily turn his hand into bluff and raise you 2.4$ which would put you very difficult situation.

I agree that 3-betting would be a better option unless player likes to 4-bet bluff

      best regards,

      Hello Avatars91,

Nah, I like your play here. I'd play the same way, why would you lead out the flop when the guy could easily CB such a board with bluffs? We want value from his weaker hands and pure bluffs. :)

But nope, calling is totally fine cause our hand might be too strong to just 3bet/Fold.

      Best Regards.
