Hey guys, I'm really new to poker, just started out two weeks ago..
In this play I lost like 50 BB's and I'm wondering how I could have played it better.
      Any tips? :)

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)

      Known players:
      CO (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is CO with A, T.
Hero raises to $0.08, 2 folds, BB calls $0.06.

      Flop: ($0.17) A, 6, 3 (2 players)
BB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.14, BB calls $0.12.

      Turn: ($0.45) A (2 players)
BB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.26, BB calls $0.24.

      River: ($0.97) 7 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.52, BB calls $0.52.

      Final Pot: $2.01.
      Results follow:

      BB shows a flush, ace high(T J).
Hero shows three of a kind, aces(A T).

BB wins with a flush, ace high(T J).

I like your flop line but I think you can raise much larger on the turn. He most likely takes this kid of line with worse A hands, flush draws and maybe some pairs like TT, JJ that he wants to get to showdown with. I'm not sure if checking and bluff catching is a better line on the river once the flush comes down.

      Hello aktobe,

Welcome to the English NL Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future. I hope that with our help you can improve your play and as well move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

Raise the turn still bigger and otherwise from how many worse hands do you get called on the river when FD also completes + SD?

      Best Regards.
