Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      BU (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BU with 8, A.
5 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, SB folds, BB calls $0.20.

      Flop: ($0.65) 9, K, T (2 players)
BB bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20.

      Turn: ($1.05) Q (2 players)
BB bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20.

      River: ($1.45) T (2 players)
BB bets $0.30, Hero raises to $2.00, BB calls $1.70.

      Final Pot: $5.45.
      Results follow:

BB shows three of a kind, tens(T 7).
      Hero shows a pair of tens(8 A).

BB wins with three of a kind, tens(T 7).

He had done this twice before (blockbet all the way to river), once with A high, once with K high, so I decided to represent a T. Did I play the hand correctly?

I think that shove was a bit out of the control, if he does bet then it means he has at least something. You shouldn't shove on the river in my opinion, because that card should've scared you, especially without having a made hand. I know that his bet on the river didn't show any value, but I would most definitely fold on turn because of the possible straight.

      Hello DarkBlade282,

I don't get it, why are you calling the flop with just Ace high? Fold it mate, you are wasting tons of money in those spots. Why is it so tough to wait for a hand and then play back against those loose guys?

      Best Regards.
