Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with A  5
2 folds, SB raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.60) Q :spade: T :club: J :club: (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks

      Turn: ($0.60) 2 :spade: (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks

      River: ($0.60) 8  (2 players)
      SB bets $0.30, Hero folds

Potential stab on the flop? I thought that no, not really since it still hits a very big part of villain's range, but I am not that sure. I mean, we can still fold out PPs + low SC trash.

      Hi Avatars91,

I think you can expect villain to cbet all his good stuff on this board.

I expect stabbing here to be profitable since villain has air a large % of the time which he is just check folding.

      Best regards.

      Hello Avatars91,

I like your play here, I wouldn't play it any differently. His range is more often having a lot of made hands which is rarely folding here. Tx/Jx may pick this line and even Qx, so not much fold equity.

      Best Regards.

@ Veriz Don't you think it is reasonable to expect this guy (from his stuff) to cbet way too much (Jx+, KT,AT) which leaves his checking range way too weak?

Unfortunately his whole range very often turns his into bluff-catcher. The same should we consider doing when we have a hand like Qx cause it's very difficult to see call-downs from a lot worse hands here. Especially him being a loose guy he rarely even folds Tx here.
