      CO: $7.79 - VPIP: 24, PFR: 3, 3B: 8, AF: 2,0, Hands: 33
      BTN: $20.42 - VPIP: 17, PFR: 16, 3B: 11, AF: 3,1, cBetFlop: 84(45), Hands: 1079
      SB: $11.95 - VPIP: 20, PFR: 15, 3B: 3, AF: 2,5, Hands: 407
      Hero (BB): $10.00 - VPIP: 22, PFR: 19, 3B: 5, AF: 4,7, Hands: 64253

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with Q :diamond: K :spade:
CO calls $0.10, BTN raises to $0.40, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.30, CO calls $0.30

      Flop: ($1.25) 9 :club: 7  4 :spade: (3 players)
Hero checks, CO checks, BTN checks

      Turn: ($1.25) K :club: (3 players)
Hero bets $0.90, CO folds, BTN folds

What do you say about this preflop call? Should be fine given the fact that a possibly bad player will probably join the hand as well. Not that great that we are OOP though.

      Hi Avatars91,

I don't like the call preflop all that much because of the tight stats of the BTN.

Also basically I think your plan is to lead on any K,Q or on TJx. You are going to end up check -folding way too often to make this profitable as you are going to lose some money vs BTN's better hands from time to time.

      Best regards.

If BTN was looser and we called and it was a 3way pot on the flop, we should stick to this plan as well, right? Because too often does BTN check behind without a hit (and both opponents get a free card) or just cBet a Kx range, which we don't always beat?

I don't really how else to play the hand since we want to get value with our TPSK vs the fish.

Also another think that does incline me to fold (or for some reason 3bet, like I know BTN isolates wide) preflop is that when you lead if CO calls BTN is inclined to call as well and being 3 way on the turn when things can change vs 2 opponents is not that great either.

Basically you are not going to hit that often and you are not going to get value every time you hit nor will you have the best hand always.
