Villain is a lag... few hands button is a bit of a weaker loose passive guy.

      flop:
I do give Villain a strong range, but feel like my equity is good enough to call the flop

      turn:
now I beat all sets and two pairs, so I call

      river:
on a one card straight board, I do not see him turning his sets/two pairs into a bluff, so I fold

      Hi,

I think raise/fold should also be fine on the flop. Most players would not get all-in with pair+draw type hands and since most turn cards are bad for you it is better to take initiative and get value one pair hands.

I would prefer raising turn, since I don´t think he is betting that small with straight and he can get all-in his two pair hands or call his pair+draw hands.

I would call him down on the river- your top set is good enough and unless he has there Q8 or some J8 type hand. He may easily have there QT or hand that has no showdown value or betting thinly his sets/two pair.

      best regards,

you're right...even when he does 3b the flop with a few combo draws....I am toast...
