3 folds, BTN raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $1.10, 1 fold, BTN raises to $12.51, 1 fold

No sample size on his fold to 3Bet stat.

Thus in vacuum would you agree with a fold here? Even though he pushes directly? Because we can't tell if he is still ever doing it with a worse range than QQ+(JJ+ at best), AK.

I could even fold it, there. That bet-size just tells me that he wants you to call it now, he doesn't want you to get away.

Especially the fact that he seems to be rather passive tells me that his moving with his top-range there.

      Good fold, IMO.

      Hello Avatars91,

Doubt that he is pushing directly there with total air, he could easily just gain fold equity with normal raise as well. So therefore I'd also be rather inclined to fold it instead going broke vs unknown.

      Best Regards.

In vacuum, had villain made a normal sized 4Bet (2.5x or smthn), could we push assuming that it's probably not impossible for him to 4Bet bluff in that spot from time to time and thus we actually gain fold equity in addition to the equity of our hand vs his range? Or would that be too strong an assumption vs an unknown, because 4Bet bluffing is not necessarily a standard @ these limits in steal situations for everyone that has at least some decent VPIP/PFR stats?

I know it depends, and maybe even with such a sample size I should have more reads than just "he's an unknown", but sadly I have not really been able to develop that great a read gathering habit as of yet while playing 6 SH tables and very thoroughly analyzing each and single spot.

How can I say that to you if it's profitable to ship it or not? :P The guy even has so far 0% 3bet for even that sample, so we could maybe be only against made hands rather than pure bluffs. So depends also on our image, what kind of dynamics we had, was the guy tilting and etc.
