hi gerv, just to mention i usually rebuy to max after ive doubled up but didnt have time as i doubled up the last hand.

I remember yu saying in the coaching BvB you wouldnt be folding a hand as strong as 66 if you 3bet, when i 3bet here hes also an MSS, i think his range could be fairly wide as id already 3 bet him in the same spot last orbit. Would yu 3bet fold AJs against an unknown?

      Hey,

Is your question related to the MSS effective stack size or to a Bigstack?

Well BvB is a tiny bit different than BTNvsBlinds but against this MSS I would just shove preflop and let him make the tough decision because when he shoves, you are guessing around

      Best regards,

Yeah I posted it here because villain is MSS so made sense, and why 40BB to a 2.5BB raise, seems abit fish don't you think?

      Why does it seems fish?

Isn't it also fish to keep resteal/folding him when he openraises/shoves 100% of his openraising range?

What we do not know is what he is shoving with, it can be anything from only the nuts to hands that include up to A:h2 for example. I do not like these kind of situations as it keeps you guessing while you can easily let him guess & reduce his stealing habits versus you. If he is multitabling and keeps folding, we for sure found an exploit right?

Sorry no idea why I called a 2.5x raise from the BTN fishy haha that's pretty standard I must have been thinking of something else.

I don't really understand where you got that he's shoving 100% of his opening range?

I know it's not a great spot but I think 3bettinf is the right play here and depending on the OPP we can 3bet/fold or 3bet/call, but against an unknown which are you leaning toward and kinda a standard line?

What I mean with Raise/shoving 100% is that restealing and then folding to his shove with anything remotely unplayable is ''Fishy'' as you tag it ;)

These spots are going to get common and you really need to pay attention to his frequency at some point, therefore it is easier and mostly better for your multitabling efforts to shove and then evaluate when he calls you lighter or you get called lighter

      Best regards,
