      You are UTG
      You have a tight range there
      99s are not going to make any money for you when you 4bet this preflop ;)

      Stop looking at their 3bets and think about your positions and what you would do if positions would be reversed ; are you going to 3bet 66 vs an UTG player for value? I don't think so
