      Shove or fold is better overall ? ( I thing this sizing sugests lot off strenght:( )

      If you don't have a read that he is shipping A8 or 99-JJ on such flop, we are not even flipping vs his top value range which would be all sets, twopair and combodraws (including all AcXc and KcXc). Min raise on such flop is by my experience always with "nuts" for value by villain. If you call to induce villain and ship over him that is fine but because we are without a plan(read) to do so, folding directly on flop is fine.

      Guess for the given odds it's still pretty difficult to fold, most likely I'd also Call it once while we also have some backdoors and reevaluate the turn. Though vs such a line I'd plan to fold it on the turn. Doubt that you are going to face that many weaker hands on the flop which raise like that and Bet turn pot size.
