Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BTN with 9  9 :spade:
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, SB calls $0.25, BB calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.90) T :club: 5  Q :club: (3 players)
SB bets $0.10, BB folds, Hero calls $0.10

      Turn: ($1.10) 3  (2 players)
SB bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30

      River: ($1.70) 7 :club: (2 players)
      SB bets $0.50, Hero folds

I guess the call on the flop is sort of OK as he can still have a draw. Following the same logic, I suppose that calling the turn could maybe still be OK for the given odds (although I could be convinced that rather often will I see a better pair there + the draws still have a lot of equity vs me, thus I should fold), on the river I don't think that villain has the flush because he bets so small (although sometimes he can still have it randomly), however, neither do I think that I beat that many hands + I might not be able to bluff this loose guy off his pair anyway, thus I fold.
