      Hello faronel,

You could even take a stab on the flop whilst nobody has shown interest into the pot but though otherwise pretty standard. :)

      Best Regards.

I would even 3 bet 1.70-2$ before the flop you are ALSO in position. of course and check on the flop (any over pair could easily check raise on the flop with overpairs 77-QQ) and bet like 2-3 $ on the river. let s see the judge thought if he reads my reply :-)

Squeezing there could be profitable option, getting some value to the pot and maybe even steal the pot pre-flop.

      But as played, WP.

3bet/folding and calling with AKs should both be profitable options.
utg probably won't be calling a lot of worse hands (if any), but it's always fun to take it down without a flop. :f_biggrin:

with AKs i like a call better because we dominate pretty much everything when we hit a flop. we can get the blinds to call with dominated FDs and broadways, and also keep utg's dominated hands in play.

with AKo a 3bet is usually preferable because we can't flop as well in a multiway pot so we 3bet to take it down or get initiative. (hopefully HU and against dominated broadways)

Any questions? :D At least seems that the hand was open.
