      Final Board: 8 Q Q J K
BB mucked and lost (-$0.28 net)
      Hero mucked T 8 and won $0.53 ($0.25 net)

Raised to try to steal the big blind. Hit weak 2 pair on the board. C bet for value but got a weird 3bet. Am I right to feel that he doesn't have a Q here? I don't have any stats on him it was his first hand at my table. But normally if he has Q he wouldn't 3bet me on flop right? So I believe i had the best hand at that point and decided to call. Was my play in this hand alright?

      Hello tommygecko,

Preflop: Rather don't steal with such hands from SB being OOP. BB will very often call and your hand does very bad postflop.

      As played
Postflop: CB it bigger and Bet/Fold it. Nor I don't really get your point of betting the river, you are never making any better hands to fold with it, so what's the purpose of the Bet?

      Best Regards.
