      kind of a negative freeroll spot because you probably won't be ahead when he continues. (either by calling or shipping)
      without initiative this spot sucks, but since he has been playing at us a lot with this hand i'd tend to call and probably also call most turns. i'd rather 3bet bluff with missed high card hands.

      that said, a 3bet without initiative on such a flop doesn't rep too much. you are pretty much only repping 7x because your strong overpairs would 3bet preflop.
      however, would 7x 3bet the flop? heh...
