      I suppose I could have raised a bit bigger both on the flop and turn – ~$2.25 on the flop and, as played, ~$3.50 on the turn.
      The check behind on the river ought to be good though. No value from worse.

      Pot the flop, bet the turn bigger -> we want to protect our hand and ship the river. :P He may even end up having there A:sX hand which calls you down.
