      preflop: raise to 3BB, and steal with a wide range of hands. 4bb is too large for my liking I think esp if you have a wide range. If you have a tight range here you should definitely widen it to at least 40%+. Given that opponent is 13/7 I would steal as wide as 75% of hands against him.

      flop: give up on this coordinated flop. he has a tight preflop range so he should have many middle cards when he calls and those cards connect with the Flop so we have little fold equity.

      Turn: you have the option of betting or checking. I think he folds his gutshots and weak pairs when you bet the Turn, but he will continue calling JX/T8/QT. I think I like betting Turn and check/calling River

      As played if you check the Turn to induce floats from straight draws you must check the River again.

      I would also raise pf 3x. Postflop I would not really c/f Ax that dry board. If he likes to float I can always barrel even on blank turn cards. I like c/c turn and c/c river, since it is hard him to call with worse hands, so I would also rather induce bluff from floats
