      I am not sure if there is value in calling a raise preflop with 45s at micro. You could have just called the flop and then turn was just an unlucky one.

      you played it fine, that's just a cold deck, nothing you can really do about it.

      calling with 54s OTB is +EV, especially at micros, because villain will never be able to make a big fold and you will always stack him if you hit a decent flop

      I´d fold 54s preflop, since opponent doesn´t have fullstack+ most of the times you just have to fold to his contibet.
      Postflop is fine.
