So you slowplayed your opponent, couse seemingly over 200 hands he folds 90% 2 3b?
Unless you have some 3b happy guys behind I would 3bet this all day long.
Reson is simple: You dont want to plaay your hand multiway, and want to get value out of hes strong hands like JJ,AK,AQ for example.
You also have lot clearer idea about your opponents holding, esp if they are as loose as this one.

After he x/c us on turn we can put him on lots of overcards,1p hands like 7x, and some draws like 89hands.
      Turn is kinda tricky.
Hes saying I have a very strong hand.
      Those might be : 44, 33,77,66, 67,5x,
and some draws like 89hh, with semibluff.
I think he would of raise some most of those on the flop already, with exception of 5x, 44 and 89hh.

I would call this , and evaluate river.
If he bets again I think fold is the best play.
if rivetr is like 2,3,5,8,9,T,J and he checks I would bet 1/2 psb to get value out of hes lower pairs, since according to hes W$SD he loves to pay people off.
      Fold on raise ofc.

      Hello TheWinnerTakesItAll,

His play quite doesn't make sense, I'd still Call the turn and reevaluate the river. Can't see him having many 5x cause he would CB them most likely.

      Best Regards.
