      I think maybe I should give up flop to this guy, he is rarely showing aggression?
      He has alot of Jx types of hand anyways...

      I think you most of the times see there Jx or better hand. Since you only have 2 outs to improve your hand I would prefer just b/f flop. If you call flop and call turn then I think it is better to call him down, although folding on the flop or turn seems to me better option
