      Opponent is a fish. I didnt think to have enough fold equity against him along with my draw to barrel here. Terrible barrelcard btw. What do you think? Is it too weak to ch/fold turn?

      c/f turn is fine
      like you said, against fish you don't have that much FE, and if he called the flop he will call a turn deuce

      C/f is fine. Could sometimes make like 2-3bb bet for cheap river if I don't believe he will raise me.

      Hello pcfmcc02,

      Doubt that you can do there that much vs a fishy player, I'd play the same way. We ain't going to have that much fold equity in those spots, though we could always do it to get a free card and pick the sizing ourselves as 1/2 pot size whilst we sometimes may take into account that even overcards are outs.
