      Hi,

      prefer to isolate pre-flop as good hand as 99.
      Since board is quite drawy I would prefer raising flop, although sometimes slowplay is also fine. I would not overbet turn and river, since although he would very likely call you down with Tx hands, he would fold all worse. I think betting 0.2$ and maybe then overbet shoving river would be a lot better play.
      Since he may easily shove river with Tx or flush I am happy to b/c river
