[NL2-NL10] 10nl Bet sizing problems

Bet sizing an area I really need to improve on. In this hand, I was multi-tabling 6 tables with a little bit of action on a few so my decisions may have been rushed.

BTN is a fish playing 62/35 over 35hands.

      MP: $4.00
      CO: $14.32
      BTN: $10.70
      SB: $3.90
      Hero (BB): $11.69
      UTG: $17.71

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with K:club: A:spade:
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.30, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.85, BTN calls $0.55

I think in hindsight I can raise 90c. He's calling worse at 85c so will call the same at 90c.

      Flop: ($1.75) K:diamond: 7:spade: A:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.10, BTN calls $1.10

Bet too small here? If so how much should I bet?

      Turn: ($3.95) A:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.65, BTN calls $1.65

I remember I thought that if I bet small here I can get it in OTR easily but looking back I think it's far too small.

      River: ($7.25) 2:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $4.50, BTN calls $4.50
Because of bad bet sizing OTT I don't think I can jam - looks too strong. Best value bet size?

3bet pre: you can go even to $1
flop: bet $1.45, even $1.5, for protection and value
      turn: between $2.5 -$3
      river: easy shove

yeah definitely bet it bigger - OOP i would go for like $1.10 even.

otf, i'd go for like $1.40. if he has a FD he will call $1.10, and he will probably call $1.75. so just charge him like crazy. ott i think $2 should be fine maybe even $2.40 or something then easy value ship otr :)

actually you absolutely have to get stacks in here! you shouldn't be thinking about how strong it looks, but more how can you take his stack. otherwise you are reaaally missing out on so much value. it's clear he is quite strong here. he can EASILY have Ax, in which case i think you can even overbet ship the river sometimes and he will still call you.

Ip you can make your 3-bet smaller, but oop I would also prefer making it always at least 3x, if BU is fish, then I also don´t mind 1 or 1.1$ raise size.
I think flop bet is fine- since you have top two pair, you don´t really afraid any turn card and are willing to play for stacks.
I would prefer betting turn 2.2$- that gives still him good enough prize to catch his flushdraw (while drawing dead) and I think Kx might also call again that bet.
River should be shove- he would never fold there Ax and might also call you down with Kx (since flushdraw missed)

      best regards,
