      You can still raise the flop vs his whole CBetting range as you say he is CBetting a lot. Though I am not sure if we are gaining a lot by shipping the turn. That mainly depends on the opponents other postflop stats as WTSD/W$SD etc and not just VPIP/PFR.

      His calling range may easily be towards Ax hands which take pot control there but though I assume stronger Ax hands he might just get it in so shipping with extra equity on the turn should be still possible + fold equity vs AX+draws.
