      Your thought process is good. There's plenty of value in the game, and you definitely need protection there. OFC, against a c/r you'll have to fold.

      Preflop: One limper so 10 cents raise.
      Postflop: As long they are loose players should be fine to do that, might even protect from overcards + we have the position.

      I raise 8 because of stack sizes. I might not get something, but I thought that against smaller stacks we raise smaller, because I dont want to get committed with e.g. MP.
      Or I actually WANT to get with a hand like JJ?

      What has it to do with stack size? :) You want to raise value and get value from the guy who most likely is a loose player.
