      As played I think it as a fold. This type of opponent check raising at least a flush there.

      Also I see that you understand your bet on the turn is thin, good sizing. I might consider a check back though, because besides some 9x with a heart I don't see many worse hand that would call us.

      If he check river I can take my value then. If he leads I probably fold on nonheart/Q.
