small stack player goes all in

We are 3-4 players in a new opened table, no history about any player nor they have any info about me. First hand and small stack 35BB goes all in. You are in SB or in BB because small stack is in BTN. What would you call with?

Say your opinion. What would you do in NL100-NL200. You can be a shark or a fish, it doesn't matter

Assuming im BB and closing the action i'd definitly always call 88+ AQ+. I don't like to go much lighter than that since if his just open shoving his definitly a weaker player and i can get a better spot against him in the future then getting it in with AT as a 55% favourite before rake and no fold equity. Definitly tighter on the SB since i have direct position on him and BB can wake up with a hand behind me.

This is vs unknown, if i see him showing a bunch of hands im just looking for a good spot since if i don't stack him asap someone else will.
