      BTN: $14.41 (144.1 bb) 17/14/1.0/3.7/29/405 Fold to flop C-Bet 45%
      SB: $12 (120 bb)
      BB: $10.16 (101.6 bb)
      UTG: $8.71 (87.1 bb)
      MP: $10.35 (103.5 bb)
      Hero (CO): $11.09 (110.9 bb) 29/20/10.0/0.0/17/69

Preflop: Hero is CO with A A
UTG calls $0.10, MP folds, Hero raises to $0.40, BTN raises to $1.20, 3 folds, Hero raises to $3, BTN calls $1.80

      Flop: ($6.25) 5 5 8 (2 players)
      Hero bets $4, BTN folds

His calling 4-bet range had to be like QQ-JJ,AK since his 3bet range is also very low.

Firstly do you think my bet size is fine? I think I should have bet half pot.

What if I just check and let QQ-JJ go crazy. I did bet flop thinking that on this paired board I might get a shove from QQ-JJ but they might not be comfortable doing that with me c-betting and that too that big, if I check perhaps overpairs might put me on AK and try to take the pot down so maybe a check/raise shove.

i'd call and keep the fish in

      as played:
      c/c flop
      re-eval turn:
if flop is checked behind and turn is a broadway i'd check/call and not c/r to keep his range wide
re-eval river: too many possibilities to discuss right now

I think checking is a viable option here. Pot is big enough that we will have no problem getting it in v his stack over two streets. Another option would be to bet like $2. This way he can't fold his JJ,QQ type of hands and may also go crazy with his AK.

Generally I agree that your c-bet is too big.

Edit: I would not check raise here btw. Think it gives him a chance to get away from his JJ and also obv makes his fold AK which he may double barrel with.

      Hello maheepsangari,

While the pot is that huge and the board rather dry cause I don't expect him to have that often FDs you can easily Check it and reevaluate the further actions.

      Best Regards.

Ok lets say I check flop, he checks behind and turn is a :diamond: and I have a nut flush draw. Then I should check/call again right?
