U should have 100bb in stack. U have no value in betting on the river

Preflop: ok. You can 3bet even higher

Flop: Cbet is a must, so good play. You have a value from worse hands.

Turn: Same as the flop, you still have a value from worse hands.

River: Aaaand your best hand is gone. I'm check/folding it since every possible draw is completed. Only better hand will call you here.

Thanks Friedric, that makes sense. I was thinking the same. I need to change my patterns to stop C-Betting through when it doesn't make sense (which is pretty often, therefore my big leak).

      Hello PhoenixPhreak,

Add to full stack -> use auto rebuy.

Preflop: 3bet it bigger for value here. :)
Postflop: Most likely till river is fine, though you should have been thinking of rather Check/Folding the river whilst he doesn't Bet with a lot worse hands there anyways. :)

      Best Regards.

About auto-rebuy... I have a bit low of a BR right now, so I like to be able to see where I am at for each table. Am I loosing much value by being $0.08 below the 'optimal' amount? Do you have a link to any articles explaining this in detail?

Also, you mention 3-betting for more. Can you give a specific amount for this situation. I thought 3x the first bet (with the first bet by the villain being pretty standard as well) was the norm...

nothing that you beat is calling river. Only hands that you are beat by.

3x original raise is fine, against some players/fish you could make it a bit more for value since they call with worse hands so often
