      Two questions here really.
      1) Raise for value preflop?
      2) Should I just be c/f'ing the R here?

      Preflop: I didn't feel as though I would be able to get HU postflop and could not be sure how much FE* I would have postflop as well. Therefore being OOP and likely being MWP I decided to just check.

      River: I figured I can either c/f or blockbet/fold here for some thin value vs weaker pairs.
