      Hi there,

Predraw and flop are standard, also the turn bet is fine.

Now when he freezes on the turn, I'd assume his hands are rarely better than your hand, since the reason for freezing is not to make you break a hand, that can easily overdraw his. These hands usually will be 87s or worse, obviously sometimes he might have different hands, but these will be the most commons: 87s and better 9s. Therefore I'd definitely go ahead and value/blockbet the river, since he sure as hell won't bet with the worse part of his range (that he'll call a bet with), but will bet better hands, that 1 bet goes in against either way. It's a very important Limit game concept, that you should be familiar with playing any kind of Limit game.

Villain's play is quite interesting, I assume he had a read there that you're barreling way too much or something, since his hand warrants way more action on the turn. However, against certain kind of players his freeze is okayish exploitatively, but you don't wanna be that person really.
