      I would put him on a KQ or KJ or even K10. So based on my estimation from that, I think it's the best to NOT fire a second barrel with 1 highcard if he calls you c-bet.

      Check/fold is what I would do since there is no additional information available (Floating etc.)

      Nice hand.I sometimes do less cbet-between 1/2 and 2/3 pot size on such board,imho if he folds he folds.I would not recommend second barrel against unknown and if you wanted to fire you need to continue aggression on turn.You should bluff rarely on low limits and should do this against opps who know your tag reputation very well.
      You can put him on some sort of kings as Gerv said ,but he also can have small set and play it conservatively keeping in mind your possible overset of kings.
