      Prima, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
      Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

      SB: $26.39 (52.8 bb)
      BB: $101.69 (203.4 bb)
      UTG: $60.54 (121.1 bb)
      MP: $60.78 (121.6 bb)
      CO: $61.36 (122.7 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $50 (100 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is BTN with A K
      UTG raises to $1.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $5.25, 2 folds, UTG calls $3.75

      Flop: ($11.25) 9 A 7 (2 players)
      UTG checks, Hero bets $4, UTG raises to $20, Hero folds

      $19.25 pot ($0.96 rake)
      Final Board: 9 A 7
      UTG mucked and won $18.29 ($9.04 net)
      Hero mucked A K and lost (-$9.25 net)

      I got lost on the flop and without reads I decided to fold. I think people are setmining a decent amount.

      Can I expect my bet sizing to induce some stuff here? I elected to bet small just because I am can only get value from weak aces and second pair type hands which are not happy calling a big bet.

      Hello DeMarcohsp,

      Your Bet sizing may induce easily there stuff, rather Bet it a bit over 1/2 and reevaluate the further actions. Though I doubt that I'd get away here, rather be willing to go broke whilst I assume the guy is capable of having AQ also in his range.

      99/77 would have made anyways rather a mistake by set-mining in those spots.

      Best Regards.

      stats on UTG would help

      also, what are your 3betting frequencies ? are you 3betting a lot ?

      I put a decent range for villain and it doesn't look good when you ship it. given the bet sizing i don't think you have any other option than shove/fold

      Board: 9c Ac 7h

      equity win tie pots won pots tied
      Hand 0: 27.061% 09.27% 17.79% 1469 2817.50 { AdKc }
      Hand 1: 72.939% 55.15% 17.79% 8736 2817.50 { AA, 99, 77, AKs, AcQc, AcJc, AcTc, A9s, Ac8c, Ac7c, Ac6c, Ac5c, Ac4c, Ac3c, Ac2c, Tc8c, AKo }

      what's your thought on the range veriz ?

      1) You have all FD type of hands in his range whilst he might not even open those from UTG, why is that? Nor he can't have A cause it's on board. :P
      2) You have no AQ type of hand even in his range, why is that?
      3) You added all 99/77 combos which is most likely not true, some of them he folds, don't you think so? :)

      Seems like you put him only on a range which has you beat, so obviously have to Bet/Fold it. :P
