      Hi,

      Players would not really c/c flop and turn to then bet small /call overbet shove with marginal hands. Only hand that likely is calling and loosing is Tx and against that hand river shove is fine, if you want to get value from worse hands as 8x or 7x then I think you need to raise smaller to 0.4$- 0.5$. But most of the times he is b/f, so it doesn´t really matter how much you raise on the river.

      Also I would have raised pre-flop being ip, since I think T9s is too good to let see Sb free flop.
