      Hi,

I don´t mind your pre-flop 3-bet and since UTG+1 made that small you should call his 3-bet.

Postflop I would bet for value and would play for stacks- tp+flushdraw is very strong hand that point and are in fact ahead of aces/kings.

      board: Jc9d3d
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      JdTd 52.53% 520 0
      AhAs 47.47% 470 0

If you bet half pot then you should shove after BU raises. Your hand does not seem the strongest and BU might easily raise fold or get all-in with draws. So you should be also flipping against his range:
      board: Jc9d3d
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      JdTd 51.73% 5,633 0
      33, Ad*d 48.27% 5,257 0

Since you have put in 25bb and pot is very big then you can´t really fold any more

      best regards,
